Refunds & Returns
RETURNS FOR CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, body shapers, real furs, make-up and bodysuits.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Styles 2 Blaze.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Styles 2 Blaze diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (5-10 business days).
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN: (Make sure email is sent within 5 days of delivery)
1. Contact Styles 2 Blaze using the contact form Tab below.
2. In the form include your 4 digit order number and the reason of return.
3. Please allow 24 hours for a response to email from Styles 2 Blaze for the accept or decline of return
4. Upon an acceptance you will receive an shipping address you will have 5 days to ship the item back to Styles 2 Blaze and provide tracking number via email.
